New CISCO CCNA VOIP Course in Sheffield
Overview
This is a comprehensive, Instructor-led, hands-on course, which introduces you to the latest VoIP technologies. It will give you the skills and knowledge to configure and maintain a Cisco Unified Communications Manager System enabling you to gain your CCNA Voice Certification. At ICTProspects we like to provide our students with as much additional knowledge as possible, therefore, on top of the CCNA Voice requirements, we also cover the installation and configuration of Voice Mail, the configuration of Automated Attendant and we will teach you the skills for scripting Interactive Voice responses. This will give you the all-round skill that you would require if you had to practically implement this in a company environment, whereas the normal CCNA Voice curriculum will not cover all of these aspects.
